Food photography is always going on over here, and this week’s upload of iPhone images included this quick dish.
Super simple, it came together in less than 15 minutes and then simmered for 30: zucchini noodles, half and half, parmesan, spices and tomato forms the base with baked chicken on top.
Summer veggies and flavors has me feeling Mediterranean this week. I was browsing my favorite Mediterranean musing sites while prepping the grocery list for pickup right after work.
